This policy explains how this Discord bot (the "Bot") handles data. The Bot is based on and built with Red-DiscordBot ("Redbot").

The Bot only processes the minimum data required to operate its features. It does not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

  • Discord user IDs, server IDs, channel IDs, and message IDs when needed for commands or configuration.
  • Command inputs and settings you provide to configure the Bot.
  • Logs or error reports generated to keep the Bot stable.

  • To diagnose issues and improve reliability.

Data Storage and Retention

Data is stored only as long as needed to provide the Bot's functionality. You can request deletion of stored settings or data at any time.To see which data is currently stored and for which purpose please use the [P]mydata command.> [P] Being the set prefix.

Third Parties

The Bot relies on Discord's API to function. The Bot also uses the Roblox and Bloxlink API for verification.No other personal data is shared with third parties beyond what these services proces.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting the Bot owner.
